Keep your MyRogers profile active to view and manage your account and billing details, including updates to your billing information, address, password, and contact numbers. Don't remove active accounts or those with a balance.
Tips:
- Remove inactive accounts regularly.
- Change your password every 90 days.
- Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters and symbols.
- Don't share your password or use public devices.
- Change your password right away if you think it's been shared.
Online Steps:
- Sign into MyRogers.
- Select Settings.
- In the Settings Overview section, select Linked accounts.
- Select Unlink. An account unlink confirmation will appear. To confirm, select Unlink this account.
Mobile Steps:
- Sign into MyRogers app
- Select More
- Select Profile Settings
- Under the Delete profile section, select Next steps
- Select Continue
- Under the Linked Accounts section, select Unlink the account to remove.
- Select Unlink this account to confirm.

Your Rogers digital profile is linked to your service account. You cannot delete your digital profile while you have an active service account, or have a balance greater than $0. If you are no longer a customer, your account information and digital profile will automatically be deleted in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements.
